Delete your Lofty account

You can delete your account and all your data at any time. This page is for people who cannot open the app, or who want to see how it works first.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Lofty
2. Go to the You tab
3. Tap Delete account
4. Confirm

Your account, flights, stamps, planner and settings are removed straight away from the app. They are fully erased from our live systems within 30 days and from backups within 35 days after that.

If you cannot open the app

Email support@lofty.polaryslab.com from the address linked to your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm by reply and finish within 30 days. If you signed in with Apple "Hide my email", tell us the relay address shown in the app or in your Apple ID settings.

What is deleted

• Your profile, sign-in link and settings
• Flights, stamps, planner entries and recap data
• Friends and Fly Together records
• Your push token

What we may keep

• Records we are legally required to keep, such as billing records held by Apple or Google
• Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your Apple ID or Google Play settings first so you are not charged again.
